Siemens 599-03609 Pinion & Rack Valve Actuator is a high performance spring return actuator for precise control of HVAC systems. It features dependable and precise valve movement with a 3/4″ stroke and a 0–10V DC input signal. The temperature range of this actuator is from -25 to 130°F and up to 95% relative humidity. It is suited for harsh environment and thus makes it ideally suited for commercial and industrial applications. The pinion and rack mechanism is for modulating control systems because of its smooth and effective valve operation. The spring return function provides the automatic fail safe action, returning the valve to its default position should power fail or system fail. This feature increases system reliability and safety.
