Description
The Modine 5H0797430005 Fan Guard is a protective component used to shield the fan section within unit heaters from external interference. It is typically placed over the fan opening in Modine heater models such as HSD, HDC, HDS, and PTC where it prevents debris or foreign objects from entering the airflow path. Within the HVAC systems this guard supports safe operation by reducing the risk of internal component damage while maintaining proper airflow. Its role is essential in commercial and industrial heating setups where continuous airflow and equipment protection are required.
