Description
The Johnson Controls F261KFH-V01C is a low flow inline flow switch used to measure the flow of liquids in the HVAC systems. It operates through a paddle located within the switch that reacts to the flow of water, ethylene glycol or treated water. If the flow rate is below a certain value (below 1.0 GPM for water applications) the motion of the paddle activates an electrical switch contact. This switch can be used to switch on alarms, pumps or to switch off equipment when flow rate is low. The F261KFH-V01C is a multifunctional product because it has an NEMA 3R type of enclosure, which shields it from rain, sleet, and dust, thus can be used indoors or outdoors.
