Description
Carrier 48EJ680007 is a damper actuator that constitutes an essential part of air-handling equipment and furnaces. It works like an automatic conductor in that it takes electrical impulses and turns them into appropriate movements. These movements operate dampers – the valves that control the flow of air in the ducts. Actuators are designed to open or close dampers, they provide the right amount of comfort to distinct zones in a building. This specific Carrier actuator works on a nominal 24V power source and can handle 50Hz or 60Hz electrical frequency.
