Description
The Carrier HT32BH754 is a substantial part called as crankcase heater which is built for the Carrier HVAC devices that consists of crankcase, probably compressor in refrigerator or air conditioning apparatus. This is elongated and thin and is installed along the entire length of the crankcase to afford the required heat during starting or during cold weather. It is approximately 42” long and is coiled around the crankcase. When energized it produces heat which in turn warms the oil in the crankcase. The heater preheats the crankcase oil and thus makes for easier startups, particularly in cold climates, which in turn relieves the compressor of undue stress.
