Description
The Rheem-Ruud RCBA-3765T Evaporator Coil with Drain Pan is a replacement part. It consists of copper tubing with aluminum fins that will help collect heat and moisture from indoor air that moves over it. Refrigerants circulating through the coil absorb heat as warm air passes over it and cools the flow of air instead. The condensate (humidity) collected on the coil drops into an attached drain pan which directs it away. Versatility is built into this evaporator coil that can beconfigured to meet upflow, downflow, or horizontal airflow needs. Specifically, this model is suitable for systems having cooling capacities between 3.0 to 3.5 tons. Thus, due to its copper make up optimal heat transfer occurs thus leading to a more efficient cooling system.
