Description
Designed to install onto a 4″ slotted PVC monitoring well. The cap is marked “Do Not Fill” to clearly identify the monitoring well. A cast aluminum adaptor ring is set-screwed to the top of the slotted PVC well, and the cap mates with the ring. Can be locked with a padlock or wire seal.
