New, SAF HOLLAND model XB-11745 fifth wheel release valve. Pull knob, spring return. For kingpin or slider lock release. Ports labeled on valve body as 1 Delivery Port, to the fifth wheel slide assembly, and 2 Supply Line, from the truck.
