The Siemens RAA20UW Heat or Cool Thermostat is a 2 wire thermostat for HVAC’s that need precise temperature control. This can be used with a wide variety of installations since it operates on a voltage of 24 – 277 VAC. This is built for two pipe systems and are generally used for cooling and heating applications. It works by registering the temperature around and switching on the heating or cooling system if the temperature is out of the preprogrammed range: from 50 °F to 85 °F. This way of working will preserve, at the same time, that energy efficiency and at the same time guarantee the highest level of comfort. This thermostat is mainly used for typical applications of fan coil units.
