Description
This in-line pump has a 1 1/2″ suction and 1 1/2″ discharge connection with a 5.75″ nominal impeller diameter. The casing and bracket consist of cast iron, while the impeller and shaft use stainless steel. The unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. It operates at temperatures up to 250°F and includes a standard Type 21 mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. The standardized cartridge and seal arrangement allows common service components and simplifies maintenance requirements.
This unit runs on a 1/2 HP motor at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure and a 115/230V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
