Description
This in-line pump has 1 1/2″ suction and discharge connections with a 4.75″ nominal impeller diameter. The casing and bracket use cast iron construction, while the impeller and shaft are made of stainless steel. This unit operates at temperatures up to 250°F and includes a mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers. The pump includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures and contains permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings. This standardized cartridge arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements across the assembly.
The pump operates with a 1/3 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor powered by 115V, 1PH. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
