Description
The Supco SPLT3400 Hot Surface Furnace Ignitor is made for modern gas furnaces and provides durable, efficient ignition for the burner of HVAC systems. It contains silicon carbide material, especially long endurance and faster temperature response, lower power, and higher oxidation resistance. This ignitor is for Lochinvar furnaces and replaces older pilot lights, improving energy efficiency and safety by eliminating the need for a constant flame. The benefits are the reduction in gas use, stable performance and an increase in the life time of a furnace system making it that better replacement for furnace units.
