The Honeywell Q179A1126 Flame Rectifier Gas Pilot is constructed as a single part of ignition. The pilot assembly assists the HVAC systems through the provision of a stable flame for detection during the Working Process of startup and operation. It provides dependable flame detection to allow safe gas ignition. The rectification concept enables the sensor to pass a microamp of current through the flame, which ensures that there is combustion, and the control module can leave the gas flow on.
