The Carrier 308120-752 is a Hardware Kit replacement kit of inducer assembly used on Carrier HVAC systems. The inducer assembly is a component that forms a negative pressure region in the furnace. This thus create a negative pressure which is for operation safety and efficiency because enables correct expulsion of combustion gases. Once the furnace ignites, the inducer fan draws a draft that will suck in the air across the combustion chamber then through the flue pipe.
