Description
The Siemens 188-0031 Thermostat Unit is a heat and cool wall console that helps in controlling the climate of HVAC. The liquid-filled bulb sensor that is included with this thermostat measures temperature accurately within the range of 60°F and 85°F. Since the temperature changes are translated to a proportional pneumatic signal, the device can control HVAC equipment like dampers, valves, and other control devices through an air pressure signal ranging from 3 to 15 PSI. Due to the fact that the sensor in question is capable of registering Relative Humidity in a range of 0 to 100 %, it can be used in almost any climatic conditions. By maintaining temperature at a high level of control, assists in improving the efficiency of the HVAC system while at the same time increasing the life of the equipment.
