Description
The Honeywell 14004401-004 Convertastat Beige Adapter Plate is designed to create a stable mounting surface for thermostat replacements and control upgrades. It fits between the thermostat and the wall surface to cover existing marks, gaps or uneven openings left from previous control units. Commonly used in residential and commercial HVAC systems, the plate assists with proper thermostat positioning and alignment during replacement work. It is placed directly onto the wall before the thermostat assembly is attached, allowing the control component to sit evenly.
