The Lennox 18K27 Electrode Lead Left is required in the ignition system of different models of Lennox HVAC equipment including gas furnaces and boilers. Though it’s a small component it is in starting the heating process The electrode lead is responsible for passing a 24-volt electrical current in the gas burners of your furnace or boiler. When working as it should it provides effective and consistent ignition for your home keeping it warm and cozy. A faulty electrode lead can cause the ignition failure which in turn means that your HVAC system will not work as it should.
