The Lennox 79L09 Polymer Drain Pan is a tray that is made for HVAC systems only. It is located beneath the equipment to harvest condensate drainage. Condensate is water that is produced during the operation of the unit and collects on the unit’s surface. This way the drain pan ensure no water damages or mold growth in the surrounding area by trapping the moisture. The 79L09 is made of polymer and hence it is not easily corroded. It has dimensions of 23 inches in length, 19.58 inches in width and 2 inches in height and it fits most HVAC equipment.
